Skins for Ragnarok Online!
A quick installation guide:
1. download a skin
2. extract it into the skin-folder of your RO-folder
e.g.: C:\games\Gravity\Ragnarok Online
3. start the game and select the skin of your choice
(alt + o)
You can store several skins there - just check the internet or RO-forums for more.
